To ensure the best product for Users, we may collect your Usage Data when you use or register an account on the COINRF. Furthermore, we collect and/or receive several different types of data for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Information you provide: Certain types of Usage Data may be freely provided by the User while using our platform. For example, when a User manually inputs the details of their API key, this data is then utilized to provide features such as total portfolio values, COINRF scoreboard ranking, and profit/loss over time. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify your ("Personal Data").
Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Your Account Information: your API key, mobile number, and email address.
Your Products and Services: We retain the information voluntarily submitted by you for the Service.
Your Application Program Interface (API) Key(s): We retain your API keys inputted for the use of the Service.
Automatically collected information: Usage Data may also be collected automatically for the purposes of improving the product. For example, debugging information to help identify and address bugs may be compiled.
Metrics and Performance Data: We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes high-level information about your activity (such as how you use our Services and how you interact with others using our Services), and diagnostic, crash, and performance logs and reports.
Device and Connection Information: We collect device-specific information when you download, access, or use our Service.
We may collect personal information that you disclose on our message boards, features, and our other services. Any information that you disclose in those features becomes public information and may, therefore, appear in public ways. If you do not want to reveal information to the public at large do not post any information in those features.

Without such communications, you may not be aware of important developments relating to your account that may affect how you can use our Services.
To provide customer service: We process your personal information when you contact us to resolve any questions, disputes, or troubleshoot problems. Without processing your personal information for such purposes, we cannot respond to your requests and ensure your uninterrupted use of the Services.
To ensure quality control: We process your personal information for quality control to make sure we continue to provide you with accurate information.

Retention of Personal Information

If you have an account with COINRF, we will store your personal information for as long as you maintain that account, and after you cease holding an account, for as long as we are required to by-laws and regulations that are applicable to us. Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to provide services and features to the User. At any time, the User may request to have their data be suspended or removed. Upon request, we will remove the data specified.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Rights of access, correction, and deletion
You have a right of access to the personal information that we hold about you, and to some related information. You can also require any inaccurate personal information to be corrected or deleted.

By using COINRF, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence; or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the platform. If you are a minor in your state or province of residence, you should not use our service nor provide any personal information to us. Please notify us if you know any individuals who are minors in your state or province of residence using our Services so we can take action to prevent access to our Services. We will also take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
