[Bybit] New Listing: FHE/USDT Perpetual Contract Follow

COINRF Bybit Futures will launch FHE/USDT perpetual contracts with up to 20x leverage on 2025-04-16 (UTC).
FHE Perpetual contracts are a USDT-margined futures contract that uses USDT as collateral.
