[Bybit] New Listing: L3/USDT Perpetual Contract Follow

COINRF Bybit Futures will launch L3/USDT perpetual contracts with up to 12.5x leverage on 2024-07-31(UTC).
L3 perpetual contracts are a USDT-margined futures contract that uses USDT as collateral.
