[Security] How to set up Google Authenticator (change, delete, reset) – COINRF HELP CENTER

1. How to set up Google Authenticator (2FA OTP)

1) After logging in, Click on the dashboard at the top right and go to Security.

2) Click on the "SETTINGS" button.

3) Download according to the device you are using, and when the download is complete, click on the Next button.

4) Scan the QR code
- You can register using a Key instead of a QR code.

5) Enter the authentication number generated within the app.

6) Press Next to move on.

7) This is a backup key in case you lose or change your phone. Do not tell anyone.

8) Press Next to move on.

If you signed up by email (10-1)

10-1) Enter the authentication number sent to your email. (Within 5 minutes)

11) Press Next.

If you signed up with a mobile phone number (10-2)

10-2) Enter the authentication number sent to your mobile phone. (Within 2 minutes)

11) Press Next.

Google Authenticator Setting is complete. 😊

2. To delete

1) With Google Authenticator Setting complete, press Remove to proceed with the deletion process.

2) Press Confirm to continue.

- Deleting Google Authenticator makes you vulnerable to security.

- Deleting Google Authenticator limits your withdrawal for 24 hours.

If you signed up by email (3-1)

3-1) Enter the authentication number sent by email. (within 5 minutes)

4) Enter your Google Authenticator authentication number.

5) Click Remove to complete the Google Authenticator deletion.

If you sign up with a mobile number (3-2)

3-2) Enter the authentication number sent to the mobile phone. (within 2 minutes)

4) 2Enter the FAOTP authentication number.

5) Press Remove to complete the 2FA OTP deletion.
