Sometimes, when making a deposit, you may accidentally choose the wrong network. Here's how to receive a refund in case of selecting the wrong network:
If you have sent assets to a network that is not supported by the deposit exchange due to the wrong network selection, you should request a return from the deposit exchange.
- If you try to make a deposit to COINRF's Binance wallet and choose the wrong network, request a return to the Binance Exchange (requires creating a Binance account)
- If you try to make a deposit to COINRF's Bybit wallet and choose the wrong network, request a return to the Bybit exchange (requires creating a Bybit account)
COINRF Customer Center cannot provide assistance as it cannot be involved in personal property.
Therefore, you must apply for recovery with your own account.
Please directly inform the customer center of the exchange where you deposited your TXID-related details and make an inquiry.
